Bullfrog Capital enabled a developer working alongside global hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality on the rollout of financed CHP technologies across a hotel estate owned by Cerberus Capital Partners.

With 2G Energy AG as the contractor responsible for the construction and maintenance of the equipment, the hotels benefit from low-cost electricity and heat purchase agreements from the developer’s CHP equipment.  

Bullfrog Capital advised the developer in securing an exit sale of the portfolio at Ready to Build (‘RTB’) stage to a listed infrastructure fund.
