The Story

In collaboration with a developer, Bullfrog Capital advised Kew Green Hotels on the rollout of fully financed energy-saving Building Management System (BMS) and Combined Heat & Power (CHP) equipment across hotels owned by the China Travel Service.

With the developer responsible for the tie-in of multiple technologies, the hotels benefit from instantly reduced CO2 and energy costs across the estate as well as increased asset value (‘green’ properties) in exchange for a monthly, performance-linked payment.

Bullfrog Capital advised the developer in securing a credit line for the portfolio as each project reaches Ready to Build (‘RTB’) stage, from a private credit fund.
