We start with exchanging project data, clarify specifications, and review project feasibility. After checking all data against project documents and approving project readiness, we provide an onboarding journey and formalise a mandate, which officially grants Bullfrog Capital exclusivity.
In this stage we officially assign internal resources on the project. We collaborate on the project business plan, assess cost-benefit, design financial and contractual structures, and apply our risk mitigation process to smoothly progress the development to funding stage. Our network of industry experts supports the project team along the development journey until RTB (ready-to-build).
We perform a rigorous due diligence on end user off takers, suppliers, service providers, technology and any additional key counterparts. Upon completion, we create the final financial documentation and provide binding funding terms to the project team. All required contract get signed by the respective counter-parties. Once the project entity (SPV) is set up the first drawdown will be paid out. The project turnkey implementation commences.
EPC assignment marks the transition from project development to the construction and installation of equipment. The assigned contractor(s) takes on the responsibility to execute the transition infrastructure project according to the defined specifications, timeline, and standards.
Ongoing asset management, operation and maintenance involve the continuous monitoring of infrastructure assets, project performance, and enforcement of guarantees. Financial reporting and administration involve invoicing services to the off take counterparties and payments between the project SPV and investors.
